i'm physio student...now in clinical training..
i need to complete my patient assessment form (SOAPIER),
the problem is in the INTERVENTION section from the SOAPIER there,
in INTERVENTION section, i feel a little bit difficult to write the exercise prescription and its abbreviation.. what i know just only a little like supine lying(sup.ly), and side lying (sd. ly)..can u give me more? and i hope u can teach me on how exactly to prescribe exercise?
